Booking & Reservation Policy

How to Book

To reserve your slot, visit our website and click “Book Now” in the top right corner. You will need to create an account before making a reservation.

Court bookings open 7 days in advance, so we recommend setting a reminder to increase your chances of securing your preferred time, especially during peak hours. If your desired slot is fully booked, you can join the online waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot becomes available.

Sales & Credit Transfers

All sales on court rentals, group lesson packages, and private lesson packages are final and non-refundable. However, you may transfer any unused credits to a friend or another member who wishes to use them.

Cancellation Policy

Court Rentals

If you are unable to attend your reserved court time, you must cancel at least 12 hours in advance to allow other members the opportunity to book.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation will be considered a late cancellation, and the full booking credit will be charged.
• Exceptions may be granted for hazardous weather or extenuating circumstances.

Group & Private Lessons

To cancel a scheduled group or private lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged in full.
• As with court rentals, exceptions may apply in cases of hazardous weather or extenuating circumstances.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Court Rentals

• Your reservation starts promptly at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to late arrival.
• Fees will not be prorated for late arrivals.
• If you need to adjust your reservation, please email hello@arcplay.co as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests if there is availability after your scheduled time, but adjustments are not guaranteed.
• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your reservation will be considered forfeited, and you will be charged in full.

Lessons (Group & Private)

• If you arrive late to a lesson, instructors will proceed with the session as scheduled. Missed time cannot be made up or rescheduled.
